Description

Attached patch will resize the video stream as needed by certain MHEG applications. Largely re-uses the PiP code and may need a setting to disable for users on low-end hardware.

I tried this patch out and it looks really good. Doing this was on my "to do eventually" list so it's nice to have it done. Thanks.
