Description

Changeset [7356] broke xmltvid insertion for mythfilldatabase --manual. This is needed for most european xmltv grabbers since they don't provide tuning information.

Laga discovered the issue.

Attached patch fixes the issue, but might don't work correctly with atsc channels.

Please apply to svn head and 0.19-fixes.
