Mythtv should support <icon>'s for <programme>'s

Description

The xmltvdtd describes using an <icon src="" /> element in the <programme> tags. Some grabbers support this, and it would be nice to see support for it in mythtv too.

It already does. If there's a problem with your grabber using this information, please look into filldata.cpp line 1120 or so.
