forward and rewind keys skip "normal play" speed

Description
When watching a recording, > and < change the playback speed up/down as such:
-5x, -3x, +3x, +5x
But completely skip "normal play" in the middle.
Would be really nice if "normal" was between +-3x so that you don't jump immediately from 3x ff to 3x rw.

After discussing in IRC, this is due to the fact that the "Reverse direction in fast forward/rewind" setting is turned ON (which is the default). Marking as invalid just because it doesn't fit any of the other categories.

-5x -3x -1x Paused +1x +3x +5x
