DVD Detection Problem

Description

DVD detection is not working for dvd's that have a lower case video_ts directory. This patch fixes the detection to test for both VIDEO_TS and video_ts. I don't know if this would be the same for vcd's which only check for vcd and svcd? Left as is for now since I don't have any dvd's to test. Either way this patch should be submittable as-is.
