Exit buttons are sometimes (yes this is vage) inaccessable.

Description
By pressing escape several times to exit mythtv and finally on the exit confirmation screen. The yes/no buttons to actually exit myth are inaccessable. It seems to be a focus problem exiting and starting the terminal and giving the focus back(alt-tab) to makes the buttons accessable again
