Description
There is no way to get out of the top section on the screen (where you select encoding quality) with the down arrow. TAB on the keyboard does get you out of the top section.

Fixes focus errors (choosing quality) in myth music's cdripper dialog by replacing the radio button group with a combo box that performs the same function.

Oops - please ignore last diff. This one allows for translations (tr()) of the quality strings.

Might as well apply the patch for 0.18. That is, of course, if there's something wrong with the patch.

I see the same thing. Actually I noticed that if the quality level is at medium, I can get out of the section, but when I put it to "High", i then can't get out. I have it set to "High" as default and make sure I don't end up in that box while selecting. If I do, I hit "Back/Exit" and then re-enter the screen.
