ffmpeg lib crashes mythcommflag

Description

I had one recording (unfortunately accidently deleted now), that crashed mythcommflag, but only when ffmpeg is configured as MPEG decoder. No problem with libmpeg2. I could reproduce the problem with recent Myth svn. Attaching gdb output.

I need the file to reproduce/fix this here. Please reopen when that's possible.
