Hi I made a new "osd-channel-edit.png" for the isthmus and retro OSD which hase the same look as the rest of these OSD's You can find it at ​http://www.aldorf.no/mythtv/osd-channel-edit.png Please let me know if that works and looks ok

This closes #2229 and adds in Gerhards new version of the OSD channel editor
