Description

Following a short round of mailings on mythtv-dev I decided to take another crack at getting implicit support for PAL-BG, PAL-DK, PAL-I and PAL-60 implemented in MythTV. This time I was successfull. This is a quite simple patch and should not have any adverse effects for anyone but will likely help many europeans get the best out of MythTV.
