MythWeb does not play shows in Windows

Description

After upgrade to MythTV .20 MythWeb does not play any shows. HTML for Recorded Programs shows a blank link to all the recorded shows.

After manually setting Video URL to "myth://192.168.1.10:6543" and clicking on a recording link the player starts but nothing is playing showing "Failed to render the file" and looks like no file was given to play.

Video URL is blank (no override). I have uncommented Video URL override code in includes/util.php and still it does not show any URL for the recording link.
