Description

Some RSS feeds (e.g. Slashdot) have entities in article titles in addition to description. MythNews currently replaces entities only in descriptions. This patch adds entity replacement to cover article titles and adds also two new character replacements.

(In [12381]) Close #2605 by applying the patch from otto. In MythNews add entity replacement to the article title and also adds two new entity replacements.

Attached second patch adds couple more replacements to MythNews. I've bumped into these while using feeds like NY Times, Slashdot etc.
