Description

This patch attempts to do the following : More title, subtitle parsing. It tries to construct a working subtitle from the name and description fields of the eit event, concatenating subtitle components together if they start/end with "..." Mark programs as having "closed captions" Parse out film production years Parse out episode numbers. Fills in the category_type to allow movie searchs to function. Adds a small amount of documentation into dbcheck.cpp about program fields. (TBH this was copied from the doc, and is a basic rehash)
