frontend lockup "couldn't find base dialog"

Description

running SVN head (at, and prior to 12167) mythfrontend locks up within 1 minute when playing back recorded show and skipping around/through in it. typically happens within 10-20 presses of the right-arrow key. The error "couldn't find base dialog" is emitted as the last error from mythfrontend. Error occurs identically in release and debug modes.
