Timestretch doesn't reset to 1x when it catches up to the end of an in progress recording

If you watch an in progress recording and are timestretching, when you catch up to the end of the recording the timestretch doesn't reset back to 1x. This leads to prebuffering pauses as the decoder is starved of data.
