LiveTV doesn't always clear inuseprogram entries

Description
I'm benn testing Myth svn 12241 and a Fusion5 HDTV Gold to check out QAM256 opeation. When testing LiveTV, the recorder sometimes (about 1/4th of the time) doesn't clear the inuseprogram entry for a recording. This prevents the program from being deleted unless the backend is restarted or the database is fixed manually.

These should be cleaned up automatically now by HouseKeeper::CleanupAllOldInUsePrograms() once they are more than four hours old.
Do you have any saved logs from an example of when this occurred? The more verbose (logs) the better.
