Description
In Opera, mythweb's command buttons on the upcoming recording's page are offset a line.
Here's a patch to update it to fix it in opera, and keeps it about the same in firefox.

(In [12877]) Fixes #2913, this changes mythwebs upcomming recording page to allow the buttons at the top to render correctly in opera. Thanks to gbee, the divs are not needed
