Description
This patch adds in a little green box at the bottom of the page that shows the number of pending ajax requests.

(In [12829]) Fixes #2961, this adds a little green counter in the bottom left of the browser window showing how many pending ajax requests there are. This is currently only used in the recorded shows page when deleting recordings
