Updates uk_icons/lookup.txt with new channels I've just added to the XMLTV uk_rt grabber.

Type: enhancement → patch

Cumulative update for new/updated channels on XMLTV tv_grab_uk_rt grabber added since January 2007. Run through 'sort' which has resulted in some movement within the file.

Please close this ticket as my attached patch will never be applied now that the new services.mythtv.org infrastructure is in place. I'll be helping to ensure UK channels/icons are all included on the new system.
