Some minor changes & additions for mythnews

I've changed the reuters links to pull directly from reuters instead of MSN. I've also added a weather category and included feeds from NWS, which include very detailed information on local and national weather - including alerts.

Paul - I've uploaded a new version (version 2) from SVN 13090 (today). Please let me know if you have any questions. Quick summary of additions/changes:

• Microsoft TechNet Security Bulletin
• Microsoft Security Advisories
• SANS Internet Storm Center
• US-CERT Technical Cyber Security Alerts
• Time Magazine
• YouTube "Most Viewed" feeds

• New Category called Entertainment, Gossip, and Movies with several feeds from E!, Rotten Tomatoes, Roger Ebert, and IMDb

• New Categories - "Weather (US)" and "Weather (non-US)"
• Weather (US) is populated with several NOAA feeds including

-- Hurricane Advisories -- Tsunami Warnings -- Current Observed Weather across US Airports -- Watches, Warnings, and Advisories for every state

• other little minor tweaks (icons, etc)

For as simple as this should be, I forgot to close one of the item tags. v4 should be correct. Sorry for the confusion.

There was also a couple of problems with the Roger Ebert feed. The <item> tag wasn't closed and the & character needs to be escaped as &amp;
