"Adjust Audio Sync" doesn't show current/last value

Description

Repeated use of the Adjust Audio Sync menu does not show the current value before adjusting.

Watch a program, adjust audio sync to some value, wait for OSD timeout. Adjust audio sync again and it will be at zero (it should have displayed the current/last value). Pressing "0" will reset to true zero and shows the correction value.

this patch allows carry over of the audio sync baseline for next time. this baseline gets reset on reset and resync. should fix this issue.
