nuvexport broken for transcode and ffmpeg

Using svn version 13003 of nuvexport and mythtv I get the following: nuvexport-dvd - using ffmpeg default Waiting for mythtranscode to set up the fifos. Repeats until it gives up. This method seems to over compress and damage the video quality the last time I used it.

nuvexport-dvd -transcode: Transcodes and when it goes to launch mplex I get an error that it can not open one of the files and then it deletes the files. I ran a couple of times and there was no observed permission issues. Running on an AMD 64 bit Fedora core 6 fully up todate system.
