Description
There seems to be some missing function in the Telnet Control. I am Unable to use the Minus, Underscore or Period keys through Telnet, this makes ATSC HDTV Subchannels imposible to dialup. The only way I can see to Access ATSC HD Channels is through the EPG.

(In [13044]) Add 'underscore' and the actual underscore character as valid keys in the Network Control socket interface.
Closes #3205. The other keys referenced in the ticket were added back in [12907]. Neither that commit or this one are strictly fixes so they will not be going into the -fixes branch.
