cutlist tick marks positioned incorrectly when aspect ratio changed

How to reproduce (at least for HDTV, if not in general):

• Record any show.
  
• Either hand-edit or commercial flag to generate a cutlist.
  
• Play the show, and change the scaling / aspect ratio with 'w'
  
• Hit 'e' to enter edit mode
  
• Observe that the red/green cut indicators seem to scale properly, but the tick marks that show the edges and direction of the cuts are in the wrong position, as if they are not adhering to the chosen scaling / aspect ratio. For each non-default scaling mode / aspect ratio chosen, the tick marks ether hover above the red/green cut indicator line or are directly on it, but in no case do they seem to line up with the actual cuts.
  
• Repeat for each non-default scaling / aspect ratio.

Is this still a problem with current svn? It seems to work fine here with SD recordings. Maybe it just affects HD recordings or a specific renderer?

I reported this originally, and as of revision 16210M, this is no longer a bug on the same hardware that I used to test the initial report. Please close this.
