New PLAY keybinding for Mythmusic

Description

Attached is a patch to add a PLAY keybinding to mythmusic.

If playback is paused then playback will resume. However if playback is occuring then the PLAY keybinding will restart the current song.

The default keybinding is empty so as to not cause any unexpected problems, hope it can make it into trunk.

(In [13315]) Closes #3338 by applying patch from Roo.

Adds a Play key binding to mythmusic. This differs from the current play/pause toggle key.
