group top channels by name in mythweb stats

Description

If you have two different video sources that share some channels you have duplicate channels in the top channel list. I think it's better to sort by the channel name.

mythweb-stats_channel_grouping.patch is corrected to group by callsign as described at ​http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/dev/266384#266384
