Description
This patch makes it possible to choose a different DBMS by changing "dbType" in "mysql.txt".
It also fixes some error reporting in settings.cpp

I think it's generally agreed that moving to an embedded database is the way forward and we've no wish to support other database systems. If someone wants to try another DBMS, they can apply the patch themselves but it won't go into svn.
