Transcode from mythweb doesn't redirect properly

Description

Queue a transcode from mythweb, and you are redirected back to the program list with an "unknown program" error (possibly only if you queue multiple things at the same time via different windows).

This was bugging me too.

I have a attached a trivial patch which corrects the error.

Resolution: → fixed
Status: new → closed

(In [13807]) apply patch to close #3447. Fixes redirect after queueing a job -- should go to recstartts not starttime.
