Description
Will add a button in MythWeb's recorded programs section so you can add transcoding/commercial flagging jobs for specific recorded programs. When adding a transcoding job, it is also possible to select the transcoding profile and whether to use a cutlist or not.

Already added in svn, on the recording details page. I will add more options to this as I have time, but don't want a whole new page to manage jobs.
