Description

Refs #1590 and #11785. This patch allows to compile everything (all libs and executables) in current svn version, install and run mythtv under cygwin.

I can produce binaries but they do not work they just exit with no message. I suspect it is to do with my build of qt. What version of qt are you using and what options did you use to configure?
