atsc VS ATSC in transport scan

Description
In the channel editor of mythtv-setup the tv format has ATSC as uppercase.
However when you add stuff automatically using full transport scan, it inserts atsc as lowercase. I believe this is in the file libs/libmythtv/scanwizard.cpp but I'm not sure (also looks like it has dvbt as lowercase).
This is a problem only because when you go into the channel editor and scroll through the tv formats, both ATSC and atsc are listed, as if they were different.
