DVB - Recording problems

Description

DVB live-tv seems to work better than it did with 0.18 but recording often does not work. I've just tested on revision 7316 and it has the problem. My timeouts are set to signal 3000 and channel 5000. I have the same problem on my DVB-S and DVB-T cards, but the log that I'll attach shows the problem on the DVB-S card.

This looks to be in the same school of problems as #343

The tuning has been completely reworked by #339. So I'm closing this ticket.
