settings.pro still has:
LIBVERSION = 0.20 VERSION = 0.20.0
In trunk. Should this not reflect 0.21 or 0.21pre?

I think in the past they were changed roughly 1/2 way through development of the next release or when one of the devs thought there had been sufficient progress to warrant a version bump. Maybe now would be a good time since we have the fixes branch at 0.20.2 and truck at 0.20.0 which does seem a little odd.
