OSX-packager.pl in the 0.20-fixes release is broken

Description

The osx-packager.pl in the svn trunk has had some major tweaks recently to fix the download URLs... etc - but the version in the 0.20-fixes branch hasn't been updated to match the newer one.

To help someone in #mythtv-users I used the script from the trunk version and then put back in some old procedures form the fixes branch script that match the location of files built in that branch.

This script works to build the 0.20-fixes branch frontend if you run it and specify --svnbranch release-0-20-fixes on the command line.

(In [14424]) Backport download and URL changes to fixes. Closes #3926. Applied most of the provided patch, but not all; MySQL upgrade (save time for people who already have one built), and any MythMusic stuff (it does not work on 0.20-fixes)
