Add "View Recordings" when watching live-tv when all tuners in use.

Description
Currently when the user attempts to watch live tv when their tuners are all busy, an information message is displayed which only gives the user the option of returning the the main menu.
This patch adds an additional option to go to the "View Recordings" screen in addition to returning to the main menu. This will allow the user to watch a recording in-lue of live TV, without having to navigate their via the main menu. Personally I feel this makes a lot of sense as if the person was planning on watching live TV then if they can't do this they'd presumably want to watch a recording.

Roo, it does look like that ticket fixes this issue (and to be honest it does it in a nicer way =]).
I was developing against fixes which is why I missed this one. Thanks for pointing it out. Please feel free to close this as invalid.

Was this developed against trunk or -fixes?
It would seem to me, based upon your description, that this was addressed by #2930 in [12704] in trunk.
