[MythWeb] Wrapping in Command Choices Section

Description

Patch to allow wrapping at appropriate places in the Command Choices section of mythweb (i.e. between commands, not between words within commands). Uses CSS, but does not prevent all wrapping. See ​http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/dev/131142#131142 for details about how it works and design decisions involved (as well as relationship to 2 previous, related patches).
