Hi All,

First patch here, and not a real coder so please be gentle on what little I have done here. I added a bit to imdb.pl and videomanager.cpp to auto-set Parental Level according to MPAA rating. The bit that cross references ratings to Parental levels is in imdb.pl, and there's just a single line add to videomanager.cpp. This could benefit from a toggle box to enable/disable in the setup, but it's probably beyond my ability. This compiles against SVN 14879.

Loosely based on the patch contributed by the, less-Strange, Robert McNamara.

If enabled, this will assign parental levels based on common character sequences existing in the rating string returned from an external search (the matching could be improved).
