mythweb schedule recording fatal error

Description
I was trying to set up a manual record using mythweb on a remote computer. After I clicked submit nothing happened. I then tried to submit a manual record thought the front/backend and it locked up. after some rebooting I can no longer do anything in mythweb scheduler. I only get a fatal error. see attached.

As you can see in the error message, you have a crashed table. Please post to the -users mailing list or hop on the -users irc channel and someone will likely be able to help you out.
Please in the future attach text or just post the error inline.
