Patch is incomplete (missing new files), and this belongs in the backend so radio can be timeshifted & network transparent.

This patch is incomplete. It is missing all of the new files that would need to be added.
This patch is incorrectly implemented. It should have been written as part of mythbackend so the scheduler works for recording, timeshifting would work, and radio could be listened to by any frontend on the network.
