Description
This patch adds some common symbol rates for QPSK transponders and modifies the help text for frequency and symbol rate to make it clearer what parameters are expected.

(In [15622]) Fixes #4465. Makes it a little easier to manually configure DVB-S transports by making help text accurate + putting some common symbol rates into an editable combobox, rather than just using a text entry.
