(In [15768]) Fixes #4582, this ajaxifys the listings descriptions, in a automagical way, also Fixes #4584, this fixes the known bugs to the ajax pager routines

(In [15770]) Updates to [15768], re #4582, some speed improvements. Attempt to force the browser to cache the requested info, removes a memory hemorrhage, and don't wait a full second if we don't have to. The first view is still a tad slow to load all the data, but refreshes go nice and fast without binding.

(In [15798]) Re #4582, this fixes a bug where the popup dates are incorrect (might need to clear browser cache to see the correct times) and speeds up the popups by using JSON rather then raw text.
