"F7" signal monitoring isn't working

Description

Signal monitoring in mythfrontend doesn't work anymore. Pressing "F7" has no effect. It only prints this to log: 2008-02-04 23:19:22.395 Adding MHEG key MENUTEXT:104:1

Signal monitor is bound to the same key as the ITV Menu button, this has always been the case but only affected users with ITV enabled. We need to move the signal monitor to another key.
