Default playback group isn't default in new recording rule

Description
I have three playback groups: "32K AC3," "Default," and "Football." When creating a new recording rule in mythfrontend, the default group is "Default," as it should be. However, in MythWeb, "32K AC3" is erroneously the the default selection, presumably because it is first in the list by alphanumeric order. This issue did not exist in 0.20.

Not sure what to say. Works fine for me -- I even have code specifically to prevent what you're seeing from happening.
