Description

Audio is 64 kb/s mono, sounds like a helicopter but works under ffplay.

Shifting this back to 0.21 on the off chance that someone does get a moment to look at the issue. The video is similar to that produced by many digital cameras so it's not an uncommon source.

sample has only disturbed audio with alsa audio out, probably a regression from the multi channel audio commit.
