Backend fails to tune to a different sistandard

Description

Consecutive tunings from different sistandards fail. The second tuning uses the sistandard of the first.

Backend log attached. This demonstrates going into LiveTV channel 110 which is sistandard 'dvb' then tuning to channel 3 which is sistandard 'mpeg' - which never completes since the signal monitor is waiting for an NIT/SDT match which never comes.

No, I don't believe so, but I don't have any real good way of testing it right now. I can re-open the ticket if it's still an issue.
