Start in Watch List does not work with filter selector

Description

If the "Start in Watch List" option is checked along with the option to use a recording group filter when entering Watch Recordings, the list does not actually start in the Watch List but remains in All Programs

Can you test the attached patch? We weren't actually observing the setting at all in trunk, the patch should fix that but it's untested.
