Blue Theme background has too much contrast

Description

The background for the blue theme has too much contrast. The very light blue in the centre of the screen for the background is lighter than the colour of the highlight on the button at that location. This makes it very difficult to see the highlighted button.

The attached is a replacement image for themes/blue/background.png with reduced contrast.

I prefer the original. This darker image makes the buttons look purple to me.
