Implementation of a "playlist mode" -> always play next file in directory

Hi..

Would be nice to have a general toggle setting "activate playlist mode".

If this is set, whenever mythvideo is finished playing a file, it just plays the next in the directory automatically. This would be so incredibely great.

I've got a lot of tvseries-files in directories, it's a pain to watch a couple of them with manual switching. And the "next"-flagging is not working in the current stable - and can't be done easyily on _any_ file.
