Mythfrontend/DVD Segfault

Description

I've run into some DVD playback issues which result in either a segmentation fault of Mythfrontend or lack of audio. With one of my hosts, running release-0-21-fixes (svn:16895), I can reliably cause a segfault by selecting to play a chapter within the problem DVD. The DVD menu itself appears to function correctly. The other two systems I have tested this on do not cause a segfault, but audio is missing on at least one of the chapters. I'm not sure if these issues are related or not... FWIW, the chapters and audio work on a non-Myth system.

I'm attaching the output from GDB. Please let me know if any additional information is needed or if there are suggestions to avoid this problem.
