Description

Please find attached a patch that fixes the currently ( as of 7567) broken quote escaping mechanism. This means that channels such as UK Br't ideas and Teachers' Tv don't screw up the mouse-over and on-click events that nest these channel names inside single quoted strings.

Oddly it seems as though this was being done in 2 out of 3 neccessary places, and on my system at least, was being done incorrectly, that is instead of UK Br't Ideas, we'd get UK Br$1 Ideas.

This patch should resolve it [I think] ;)
